What User doesn't like about Subway:
I ordered food for curbside pickup through the restaurant's app. The app indicated that orders must be placed before 7pm for pickup. I placed my order at 6:12pm with an estimated finish time of 6:27pm. However, my order was not ready until 6:30pm. I waited in my car until 6:50pm before going inside to pick up my order. This is my second time ordering from this restaurant online. The first time, they changed the bread and it wasn't toasted as I had requested. They also forgot to include the teriyaki sauce on the chicken. This time, I ordered a black forest ham sandwich with oil and red wine vinegar. I was disappointed to find that they had mistakenly put teriyaki sauce on it instead. The sandwich was also lacking in vegetables and they forgot to include cheese.
Usually this place is on point, but today it was off the hook. One dude had been waiting in there for over an hour. I placed my order for kirkside service not only were they 10 minutes late for the order to be ready but the order was completely just thrown together not well. I had ordered my meatballs of toasted with parmesan cheese and it was not toasted with any cheese. It was simply meatballs and some sauce thrown on what ever bun, My soda didn't even have ice in it and it was flat. Usually these people are so nice and have my order perfect and they take care with it but not today. Of the last 5 visits this was the worst the other 4 were probably 4 out of 5 stars but this one- 0 of 5 stars.
Horrible sandwich. Smashed and ordered toasted, was not toasted and cold
I ordered 3 foot longs and paid $2.70 for avacados per sandwich and when I got home not one sandwich had avacado I tried calling and they have a disconnected line ?
Today I visited the Subway location on Manthey Road and ordered two footlong sandwiches as usual. I requested provolone cheese on one sandwich and American cheese on the other. Unfortunately, the American cheese container only had one slice left. The manager asked an employee to retrieve more American cheese from the back, but the employee suggested using pepper jack cheese instead, saying that we wouldn't be able to tell the difference. When we questioned him about this, he claimed he was joking, but his tone seemed serious. Additionally, the manager claimed she did not know the owner's name, which seemed unlikely. My children do not like spicy food, so they would have noticed if the cheese was different. Does anyone know the owner's name and contact information? Thank you.
