What User doesn't like about Shan-e-punjab:
Had the saag and my friend the Maggi. The food was good, I liked the aromas in the saag and the maggi. Your robot brought it to us when it was done, that was kind of cool. But... it was a little dimming in the restaurant and the tables were a little dirty around us. It was fine food and had a good vegan options, but the atmosphere was a little surprised. Best Indian food in the area! The menu offers a variety of options and for a decent price. The restaurant was clean and the staff was pretty nice. The first time I saw a robot waiter/ waiter here, was it definitely worth trying?

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The customer service is terrible, with a very rude owner and employees who clearly do not care about their customers. I don't understand how they are still in business considering the bad experiences I have had with my food, such as incorrectly spicy dishes and undercooked tandoori roti. When I called to complain, the owner told me to go somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble and give your business to a restaurant that actually cares about its customers.

This restaurant is a lovely place to visit and savor some delicious comfort food. It is peaceful, tidy, and the service is outstanding. We always feel welcomed and enjoy our meals here. It's a perfect spot for a date night.

The owners of this establishment run a successful family business that I always enjoy supporting when I visit. I have been coming here for years with my children for their affordable prices, pre-packaged Indian food, bulk beans and rice, and wide variety of spices and desserts. They even have one of the first waiter robots in the area to assist you! This was a new and enjoyable experience for me. The restaurant is also beautifully decorated with a fountain, making each visit even more pleasant. Thank you to the dedicated owners and their sons for all their hard work and long hours. We truly appreciate everything you do.

Not bad. There are many items in the store. Prices are decent. The reason of giving 3 stars instead of 5 stars is that they dont have good customer services. They talk to you and look at you like you are not paying them money but rather getting free food from them. They seem to still in the mindset of in India instead of USA.
