Some diners experienced long wait times, unprofessional behavior from staff, and inaccuracies in billing. However, others praised the extensive menu, delicious food, and welcoming atmosphere. While there were concerns regarding the chaotic environment and limited menu items, the restaurant did succeed in providing delicious meals at reasonable prices. Despite some negative experiences, the majority of diners enjoyed their meals and appreciated the friendly service.
Our waiter was very accommodating attentive. Our food was served in a timely manner was hot and delicious. No complaints about our visit. Very happy with this location.
Good food, service and value. We've been very pleased with all of our dinners there.
We waited almost two hours to be seated with reservations! A waiter never came to take out order, we had to stop and ask different waiters for help, on top of it the manager got into a physical altercation with a homeless man , and punched the wall by the table we were sitting in! Food was cold , at this point we were ready to go!
It was alright Didnât appreciate how some of the servers were rude to me and my mother
No wine list, no soup. Staff was not very well trained by non existent managers. Did not feel very festive for a Christmas Eve dinner.
