Mcdonald's - Stockton

Wanted a McFlurry, was told ice cream machine don't work... seen a worker walking out with hmm mcflurries and sundaes!!! I guess it didn't work .. someone was going home with both arms full of desserts. Poor quality and customer service, will not return there ever.

You can still request for soda refills, unlike before where you can do it yourself at the soda dispenser with unlimited choices but not anymore.

I have used the curbside pickup a dozen times. I usually order coffee. I have never gotten my order in less than 10 minutes. Today I waited 20 minutes to get my coffee. The male employee that brought my coffee looked like he may have been homeless. His pants were almost down to his knees giving me a disgusting view of his red dirty underwear. Come on manager are you really that desperate for employees???

I was only person in counter area for 7 minutes after I ordered decafe coffee Received coffee 9 minutes after ordering walk out and noticed hand holding coffee wasn 't warming up at all opened lid,, no steam at all and hardly even lukewarm went back to complain and waited another 6 minutes while FRESH HOT pot of coffee was made It 's been a Long Time since I 've gotten any decent service at this place

This morning I ordered 2 sausage McMuffin with eggs and 2 hash brown for my boyfriend. He's taking a bite from the sandwich and he called me and told me the sandwich had egg shells and you can hear him crunch because of the egg shell. They cooks need to learn how to crack the eggs the right way. It's so irritating when you get your food and turns out it's not what you wanted or something is wrong with it. It's pathetic.
