I was greeted by a guy named Canton right away. He was very friendly and personable. I found his name unique and he asked for mine while effortlessly taking my order. He also reminded me that I forgot my cup and did a little flip trick before handing it over to me. It was a funny moment. More people like Canton are needed in this world. What User doesn't like about In-n-out Burger:
The customer service at this restaurant is lacking. The staff members do not listen to customers. When ordering on the tablet, they often forget to send the order to the kitchen. This happened multiple times when I visited the same location. This is not acceptable. Despite the long lines and crowded location, the restaurant is reliable. View all feedback.
First. the hamburger was good, but I'm not a fan of her pommes that are not crispy. but they have slendered acceptable. the journey through the service was pleasant and very efficient. I think it would help if they were better off by signage, as the corner position and the cone setup was a little confusing.
This a review of the restaurant and the staff. Everyone knows how good the food is, there's no question about that! So last night was my first time eating inside this location. There was an issue with my order and the crew noticed it very quickly and jumped on it. The manager approached me and was very nice and apologized for the issue. This crew and the management went above and beyond for me I really appreciate that!!
New Stockton location doesn’t disappoint! Great experiences each time we have visited. The new drive thru setup is slick, and the line moves fast. Easiest way to entree is via the Pacfic Ave entrance, our you can drive down a row in front of Macy’s.
In n out with my purchase but can be congested with foot and car traffic depending in the day and time. customer service is great but sometimes the employees can mess up on the orders but it's not their fault it's totally understandable can be loud with all the folks in the place talking all at once and enjoying their meals.
Very fast service with a smile!! And they have crunchy ice in the soda machine like my wife loves!!!
