El Pollo Loco has good chicken which is a good thing when it's your namesake.Enjoyed a nice little meal with my grandpa and the mashed potatoes were really tasty as well, comparable to KFC potatoes which is a compliment. View all feedback.

This locations has very bad customer service. The employees here are rude and give you an attitude when you ask anything extra, like a drink carrier or more salsa. One of the employees was throwing my food inside the bag. This place is not cheap for them to be treating customers this way. Customer service is great here. Staff is in sync with each other and all orders come out at a good pace.
