Unfortunately, this time it felt more like a vegetable bowl since there were only about six or seven very small pieces of chicken in it. I've really had enough of Chipotle. I've only been to the restaurant in person once, and I noticed that there was no COVID safety protocols being followed. People were standing closely together in line.

The area wasn't very clean and it seemed like... read more The staff is mostly young and they seem to socialize a lot, which leads to a bit of an attitude towards customers. The area wasn't very clean and it seemed like no one wanted to help out, claiming it wasn't part of their job. I waited around 30 to 45 minutes just to place my order. Many people ended up leaving because it was hot and they were already out of several menu items.

Normally, I make sure to leave a tip for the hardworking staff. However, during my recent visit, I found out that the manager has implemented a policy preventing employees from accepting tips. I disagree with this decision for a couple of reasons: these team members put in a lot of effort and rightly deserve the tips they earn, which also make a significant impact on their overall income. Unless they've received a pay raise or bonus to compensate, removing their chance to earn tips seems unfair. The menu remains excellent, but this change in tipping policy detracts from the overall experience.

We received... read more I would advise avoiding this restaurant unless you want to risk feeling unwell. My husband, kids, and I ate here, and all of us felt sick afterward. We received some buy-one-get-one coupons and decided to give it another try, but that was a mistake—everyone was vomiting throughout the night. We won’t be coming back!

They charged me an extra $1.55 for salsa that should have been included with the chips in the kids' meal. On top of that, they refused to let me order the same way I do at other Chipotle locations in Lodi and Stockton.
