Unfortunately, this time it felt more like a vegetable bowl since there were only about six or seven very small pieces of chicken in it. I've really had enough of Chipotle. I've only been to the restaurant in person once, and I noticed that there was no COVID safety protocols being followed. People were standing closely together in line.

The area wasn't very clean and it seemed like... read more The staff is mostly young and they seem to socialize a lot, which leads to a bit of an attitude towards customers. The area wasn't very clean and it seemed like no one wanted to help out, claiming it wasn't part of their job. I waited around 30 to 45 minutes just to place my order. Many people ended up leaving because it was hot and they were already out of several menu items.

They charged me an extra $1.55 for salsa that should have been included with the chips in the kids' meal. On top of that, they refused to let me order the same way I do at other Chipotle locations in Lodi and Stockton.

We received... read more I would advise avoiding this restaurant unless you want to risk feeling unwell. My husband, kids, and I ate here, and all of us felt sick afterward. We received some buy-one-get-one coupons and decided to give it another try, but that was a mistake—everyone was vomiting throughout the night. We won’t be coming back!
