Blossom Tea Room - Feedback

What Judy H doesn't like about Blossom Tea Room:
I 've been to this place a couple times before and the food and service was always great however when I tried to make my own reservations for the first time, I did not see any other options to make a reservation other then email or submitting a request through the contact us. It took them 4 days or so just to reply and say the time slot I requested was full and wanted to see if I would rather do 3pm on the same day.... View all feedback. First time, last year was great! This year it could have been better. I guess they didn 't have enough staff. We had to wait on getting our teas and meals. We had a room to ourselves, staff was nice.
