Love this place. And have since they opened 12 years ago next month. But don't let the 12 years fool you into thinking it's a dive or anything close to that. Because, The Ave is impeccably maintained. And everything looks as new as the day they opened. The menu is updated regularly. The bathrooms are always clean. Kudos to the owners and management! Came here on a Sunday for brunch, the staff seems friendly. However;1) Our silverware and glasses were dirty2) the waffles were at least a day old and just warmed up, the were hard and crumbly 3) the eggs tasted burnt but were somehow undercooked 4) the pumpkin spice pancakes were cold and had no taste of pumpkin 5) the chicken wings were obviously from a pre made bag from Walmart that was just microwaved View all feedback.

Pretty cool place.. turned into more of a club scene then lounge but it was pretty chill and fun
