Food is good. However, the customer service is AWFUL! The girl that works on DT at night needs a proper training. She's rushing her customer. She took my order wrong. They fixed my order but didn't give the difference on what I paid until I asked for it. Then I asked for my fries coz I ordered #11 with a coke. The young guy said I didn't specify that I wanted the combo.Seriously?!! How stupid is that? Instead of apologizing, he insisted that I didn't order combo. I end up getting my money backbecause of their awful service.

I go for the great customer service I receive when Vincent is working. He is always soo nice and makes my food exactly the way I like it.

I've been in customer service for a long time and I'm gonna tell you guys if you keep that female working the drive-through today, who thought it was acceptable to talk to your patrons the way that she did this morning, you're probably gonna lose moresales, but then again you're corporation and you probably don't care which is probably why you hired someone like her to beginwith.

Slow drive-thru, indoor dining close when Covid restriction is down. For god sake, OPEN YOUR DOOR! At the drive-thru, I was told to wait for 5 minutes, 5 minutes passed and nobody answer. If you give a time for me to wait, you Commit to it. Also I?m notclicking on the link to give my complaint to the guest support team when you ask for my address and phone number. Forgot tomention, I was the fist one ready to order but, I end up not ordering so I drove off)

This food was delicious and exactly what we needed on a Thursday night! Great deals on sandwiches and for the value meals! Despite being short staffed, the service was quick and food was served fresh. Friendly customer service and clean building.Nice, quick visit for the family after work to pick up a hearty meal everyone enjoyed!
