I had an amazing dinner at Hichborn! I visited during my mini-moon, and everything—service, atmosphere, and food—was a perfect 10/10. I definitely recommend it, but make sure to come hungry and pace yourself!

I wish I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars! Each dish was exceptionally delicious, creative, and beautifully presented. I truly don’t know how Charlie does it! The service and atmosphere were also wonderful. Our guest had some dietary restrictions due to food allergies, and the staff handled it all exceptionally well. This was a culinary experience that we will remember for a long time.

I had an incredible farm-to-table culinary experience at this hidden gem. Not only did I enjoy the best meal I've ever had, but I also loved that it was set in a beautifully restored historic home in a genuine small town in Maine. Kirk, Charlie, and the rest of the Hichborn family made us feel very welcome. There was no rush; we could sit back, savor each course with expertly paired wines, and fully enjoy our evening. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

We had a great dinner last night in the hichborn. the stop in total worth — could not recommend charlie and its ingenious culinary skills. not sure what our favorite part of our meal was, but the entire locally produced tariff was delicious. weeping was also worth it. can not wait to come back and see what charlie in the load has next time. thank you. hichborn and staff for a nice evening!

Such a wonderful farm to table dining experience, it truly is a gem. In addition to the best food I've ever eaten, I love that it is in a well loved and restored historical home and in a true Maine small town. Kirk, Charlie and the rest of the Hichborn family made us feel very welcome and there was no rush- we were able to sit and savor every course, with wine pairings, and just enjoy the evening.
