Pizza Express - Stockton-on-Tees

Great quality eating, a little from where I live, but very easy to find. service is fast, and they can observe that they eat for them, overall good restaurant with good quality pizza.

Today's meal was absolutely delicious, I couldn't resist eating everything on my plate. The service was also excellent.

When we finally started eating, we found that the pizzas were lukewarm, dry in some parts, and difficult to cut through. I only had a few bites before I informed the waitress that I did not enjoy my meal. I mentioned that my pizza was incorrect and not up to standard, but she only offered to remove the cost of my pizza as an apology. However, when the bill came, I saw that I had still been charged for the subpar pizza. Additionally, I noticed that while the staff were wearing masks, most of the customers were not. There was a group of people standing close together at the door, waiting for a table, without masks. People inside the restaurant were also not wearing masks, and the staff did not seem to enforce this rule. This negligence is unacceptable, especially considering the current circumstances where masks are required. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing, and I will not be returning.

Tonight for dinner with friends, eating was really good and the atmosphere was nice. I just wanted to leave a review for the waitress who served us, I don't remember their names (who a ponytail and black glasses). her customer service was amazing...and we had such a laugh with her, she checked us and was really helpful and friendly all the time when we were there. he made our evening better!
