Mcdonald's Restaurants

Ordered 2 mcmuffins and only got 1 delivered. Totally incompetent people in this place. They blamed it on the Uber driver even though bags are sealed.

Order food waited 10 minutes food said collected waited another 20 minutes spoke to a member of staff then waited a further 10 minutes for food. Staff clearing orders before they’re actually completed, multiple other people complaining at the same time

This restaurant never has iced drinks available. If Carling made McDonald's, they certainly didn't make this one. It was the worst experience ever!

We get a drive through every week and every week they get the order wrong. I find it staggering. Its starting to become a running joke in our house as to what surprise we are going to get or what is going to be missing. It's strange that they never put anything extra in by mistake!

I recently visited a restaurant on Portrack Lane in Stockton to get a Happy Meal for my 6-year-old. I also ordered a chicken wrap with garlic mayo for myself. When we got home and opened the wraps, we found only two pieces of chicken covered in a non-garlic mayo, without any salad. My child enjoyed her Happy Meal, but I was disappointed with the quality of my meal. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
