Contribute FeedbackIn a recent exploration of a local fast-food restaurant, the experience proved to be a mixed bag. Patrons faced frustrating delays in service, with long waits and a chaotic ordering system contributing to dissatisfaction. Complaints of uncleanliness and a disheartened staff atmosphere were prevalent, marring the dining experience. However, there were glimmers of positivity amidst the negativity—some guests appreciated the drink selection and found the food to be enjoyable, despite the pricing being on the higher side. Overall, while some diners expressed reluctance to return, others indicated they might consider another visit if improvements were made.
Not one customer in store drive through drink machine broke but if we want a drink we would have to come in store to pour ourselves a drink. I’d understand if the were busy ! But not one customer. Rubbish. Customer service
This place legit never has card machines working... no signs saying so until you're at the drive thru speaker so you're screwed by this point as the waiting space(s (for when they inevitably have no food ready coz why would they at a fast food place? Block the exit!!
We went to the drive through and placed our order the girl took our payment no thankyou just give us a funny look...got our order which was wrong 'missing burger 'and she looked like she didn 't wanna be there so miserable can 't believe the customer service shocking.Think you need to retrain.
Place looked clean, couple of people in eating/waiting for meals.Staff seemed competent with the usual asking me if i want extra 's as these places always do, the server seemed polite and quick.didn 't really pay attention to what was going on behind the counter, as sometimes you just gotta trust these people ammiright ?My burger came within a few minutes, seemed like they where making them to order only and there was a few people waiting ahead of me who got served first, which is fine.it was about as perfect as it gets in these places, was hot looked pretty close to the 'advert ' and travelled well in the bag/wrapping.taste wise, pretty good, the burger meat had some nice flavour and the bbq sauce is great, the black bun didn 't taste much different, maybe a little sweet because of the infused 'bbq flavour ' but that could 've just been the sauce lolwill be going back to double check my findings with a sit in full meal.
I've visited a number of times but the customer service 9/10 is pretty awful, can't even crack a smile. The girls wear false nails and no hair nets. You do get much better service at other fast food restaurants and the latest gag is paying for condiments.
