I attempted to place an online order at Pizza Hut in Cheadle Hulme, but encountered an error. I ended up calling in my order and when I went to pick it up, four items were missing (even though they were listed correctly on the receipt). I tried calling to correct the mistake, but no one answered the phone. It was a terrible experience and I paid £22 for only half of my order. View all feedback.

The pizza tasted delicious and was punctual, good service. I would recommend 100%!
Order placed on the phone....and I was informed about the offers offered. supplied eating on time, hot and all enjoyed it. patrick was very polite at the arrival with the delivery.
I have placed a rather large order, it was delivered in time. I was disappointed by the pizzas, they had stuck to the box lid and most of the Margarita pizza was left without cheese. the Veggie Sizzler was burned. I complained and was very pleasantly surprised, the heart of the phone was very apologetic and assured us our replacement pizzas would be with us in 20 minutes. the replacement pizzas arrived on time and piping hot. very impressed by their customer service. will definitely be ordered again.
The best service so lovely and friendly , fast service with amazing fresh pizza
