What a shambles. They take too many online delivery orders so if you’re going through drive through it’s always ‘wait in car park’ By the time some youngster has done 5 laps of the car park your food is stone cold. They must be on a right racket in there too, half the time you pay for food it’s not in the bag when you get home. Burger was like rubble it was so dry.

Super slow service, don't bother with the drive though you will only end up parking and waiting . Don't bother ordering online either last time I did I was waiting for 2 hours for food to be delivered

The drive through was way too long and chaotic. Upon finally getting to payment window I was told I needed to park up as food not ready and also they had no milkshakes I only ordered burger fries. When I said there was no where to park, assistant said nothing she could do and I’d have to find somewhere. How can they not have burger fries ready to go and no milkshake?? Then when food arrived at my car the burger was cold. Dreadful experience, cold food and waste of my time and money. Not the first time this has happened as last visit they got all the order wrong so I’d paid for food they hadn’t put in the bag didn’t know until I got home. I would avoid the hazel grove branch shocking and I won’t be losing anymore time and money going back.

If I were the manager of this establishment, I would be ashamed of the poor service. This is supposed to be fast food, yet I had to wait for my order. I simply ordered a Big Mac Meal, but when it finally arrived, it was cold and looked like it had been mishandled. The coke was flat and no napkins were provided. The person in charge should rethink their career because they are completely incompetent.
