Worse Chinese takeaway ever and i will never ever eat another one, chips were cooked about 3 times HARD rice was OK sweet and sour chicken was way too sweet and duck was very fatty not nice, 18.20 pounds down the drain. Been eating from the mayflower for many years but stopped due to the food just not being the same then thought we would give it a try this evening after all this time of not going but unfortunately it just is not the same the food was always lovely from mayflower but its not anymore the food is very bland and what has happened to the chips they youse to be lovely and they really are awful brown in colour and taste like warm up chips that have been cooked several times and not seasoned with salt and the bbq ribs are so dry and tough to eat extremely disappointed considering the price hike of the food looks like we definitely will not be back again which after many years is extremely disappointing not sure if it's changed hands now as don't recognise any staff now and the food is just not what it was such a shame.
Just turned up and ordered a takeaway from here as my local Chinese was shut first time coming here and I was so impressed quick service friendly staff reasonably priced and the food was amazing one of the best chineses I’ve had for a long time been recommending it but they don’t deliver that’s the only downside Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

The food from here is fantastic. It's our favourite monthly treat.
