Ordered a Pizza and Wings through the website at 6.10pm, the delivery slot was supposed to be 7.30pm, I called the store at 7.45pm, I was assured that it would arrive in 15mins, I called again 30mins later and they said it had been delivered, it had not I was told it would be with me in 15 mins, I had to chase it up 4 more times, each time being told it would be 15mins, it eventually arrived at 9.45pm.
