Buon Cibo - Stockport

When I called this evening to place my order while on my way to the restaurant, I was informed that they couldn't approve the free items because the manager was not present and that I would need to call back the next day. After spending over 15 minutes on the phone, I had to end the call as I had already arrived at the restaurant. The staff member acknowledged that I was a regular customer but still couldn't authorize the free items. I explained that I was only asking for two of the items for free and felt like they were accusing me of lying. However, they insisted on speaking to the manager since there was no record of our agreement. I ended up placing my order and paid for it in full. Thirty minutes later, the staff member informed me that he had spoken to the manager, who confirmed that I could have the items for free. I explained that I had already paid, but he simply walked away without apologizing. It's a real shame because the food is delicious.

This is one of my favorite takeout places. They always deliver quickly! The food is consistently delicious and high quality. The staff is friendly too!

Very poor on this occasion. I found a black hair in my Lasagne and the food was barely warm. No email address to air my concerns.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but there is always an issue with getting the complete order. It is frustrating to always have to call them because they consistently forget to include everything. It would be great if they could improve on this simple issue.
