Contribute FeedbackAroi has emerged as a popular dining destination, offering an enticing blend of Indian, Thai, and Malaysian cuisines. While many patrons commend the restaurant for its flavorful and well-prepared mains, there are growing concerns over inconsistent service and quality. Long wait times have left some disappointed, especially when starters underwhelmed or orders were incomplete. Feedback indicates a decline in portion sizes and the discontinuation of a loyalty rewards program, which disappointed regulars. However, with its diverse menu and friendly staff, Aroi continues to draw diners back for its tasty offerings, hoping for a return to its former glory.
Plenty of meat and really tasty mains. Starter was cold and half the quantity of what was stated on the menu which was disappointing after waiting an hour and a half when a within one hour timeframe was given. They no longer honour the loyalty card scheme which was also disappointing thought they did throw in the above starter which would have been great if all there! Really tasty mains hence the 3 star in fairness
2 hour wait for a takeaway order. Tried calling multiple times to chase up for the order and engaged each time. Woeful service...
In the last 2 years, the food quality at this restaurant has significantly declined. The chicken panang curry was lacking vegetables compared to previous years. Today, our order had half the usual amount but was still charged at the full price. This used to be my go-to place for dining, but many dishes have noticeably decreased in quality.
