What User doesn't like about Burger Urge (rockhampton):
First time for everything to this venue. Charged for skim milk as a specialty milk. Watched the young girl drop a lid on the floor to the mixers and pick it up and place back inside the jug it fell off. Yuck. Then to top it off, told there is no skim milk. Told the has we were charged for skim milk. Then asked if we wanted a refund for that. Said no. Nice coffee though but left a sour taste overall. Not hygienic in t... View all feedback.
Just had the Crocodile Death Wish, smashed it. Great burger and plenty of heat, I’m going to pay later

Crocodile death wish burger is amazing definitely recommended
Had a parma and chips, at in the outside dining area, received food in about 10 minutes which was fine however staff did not attend to cleanliness of area, even though they walked past plenty of times
Large meals, very filling, friendly service. Good variety of meal options and drink options
