Big breakfast/brunch for very fair price! Good food, ambiance outdoor sitting. Be aware that the breakfast is really big so if you are for example two you can share one full breakfast one sandwich maybe! View all feedback.
What Ash K doesn't like about Petite France:
Avoid rude service, high prices, food and coffee are completely average. Pastries weren't the freshest, and the baker was quite rude. Not sure why you would go here. View all feedback.
Petit France is a genuine and pleasant café that serves breakfast, lunch and a wide variety of French breads and pastries. I have not tried their breakfast package (95 SEK) or lunch yet, but only eaten their pastries and drinking their coffee. However, since I love French pastries, Petit France reaches a high position on my list over cafes in Stockholm. As soon as you step into this place you feel the French vibes as the personnel speaks with a French accent. The pastries I have tried so far are very flavoursome and the coffee is not to complain about. I can imagine that this place is highly popular amongst residents around the block who craves for a more luxurious weekend breakfast either on site or for takeaway. The café 's facilities may appear a bit confusing at the initial point though and it could easily get a bit lively and crowded. But during summertime it 's preferable to sit outside on their leafy patio, which is a delightful place.
After PF was sold some month ago, we 've been here like 6-7 times. Normally we 're locals at this place 1-2 times every week. But the place has lost its touch. The older woman in the register is grumpy and unfriendly most of the time. The French crew that you could stop by and have a chat in French are mostly gone. The croque madame which usually is a solid choice was terrible, no flavors and we had to leave half on the plate. At lunch coffee and dessert are usually a treat but the gaufre was half-baked and needed another 2-3 mins. The avocado sandwich with a poached egg was flavorless and very sad. The fridges by the cassiers was previously filled with great looking desserts, typical French which is hard to find in Stockholm. Sometimes you would find some amazing experimental desserts and have a few words with the chef around them. They 've raised the prices A LOT 145kr +20kr up) for the omelette cheese and ham) is really a steal. The good thing is that they increased the number of seats a little. I 've come here for years just to hear the French language, relax with a coffee and a bonbon, but now it 's just not the same : We 'll try a few more times, but if the bad experiences keep coming, we 'll have to find another place to go.
French style cafe with year around outdoor sitting. Great cafe and plenty of patisserie choices, food and generous servings. French breads and jams to bring home with... love this place.

What a wonderful place to settle for brunch! I first just have to say that I had the best hot chocolate that I had ever yet had in the world here. I must learn the secret, but it is a cup of warm, rich, thick chocolate magic that you pair with the cooled complementary cream. I don't think I was even able to concentrate on the rest of food after, it was so delicious. But anyways, my next favorite thing was the chicken liver terrine. Paired with the served bread, I would have been very happy with just this order : The salad and croque monsieur were great too, some heavy for my taste but made my taste buds very happy.
