We had an interesting visit to a grocery store. It was well stocked and clean, but half the time we weren't sure what we were looking at. We came across a variety of fruit smoothies, which sounded good so we decided to try them. We then went in search of yogurt, but ended up finding a type that was meant for cooking. After asking a staff member for help, we were directed to the correct section. All of the staff were... View all feedback.
What Fran L doesn't like about Coop:
The supermarket has a great buffet to create your own salads, but they only offer beers with less than 3.5% alcohol. Unfortunately, you cannot purchase beers with higher alcohol content at this supermarket. View all feedback.
One of the best food stores in Sweden with a lot of products and affordable trips including selling most times simply cool with it
Right in central railway station. Good place to grab stuff for your train journey
Nice, clean, conveniently located inside Stockholm Centralstation, and didn't close until 11 pm (where we found that anywhere we went in Sweden shops generally closed very early compared to the US). Found a decent selection of organic products and vegan shelf-stable snacks.
This is an example of the 'new ' Coop, they are desperately trying to get away from the old feel of Coop stores as the places where you go to get rude (if any) service, by people who seem to have worked there forever and with premium prices for poor products. This store is the opposite of that. Nice, spacious and modern feel to it. The selection of products is good and considering the very central and convenient location the prices are reasonable. Service is both fast and friendly and the self check-out cash registers are working fairly smoothly. The opening hours are generous and the selection is both the full assortment one expects at a supermarket but also clearly geared towards all the people going to catch a train and wanting something to while traveling. That means good selection of salads, sandwiches, and other food to go. A very good addition to the central station in Stockholm.
Big, well stocked super market with wide selection of organic products. Extremely conveniently located for the commuter, right next to the trains. Generous hours: 6:00 to 23:30 everyday. Lots of checkouts, nice food to go such as salad bar and deli.
