Ethiostar - Stockholm

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. It is centrally located but still feels somewhat hidden. We arrived around 7:30pm and found the place to be almost full, but we managed to get a table.

Delicious eating with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere! On Friday there is a vegan buffet with a lot to choose, perfect to taste a lot of vegan dresses (about 12 plus injera flatbreads tee or coffee is included in the price. during the rest of the week, you can order from the menu an 8 dish vegan menu for at least two people.

The Ethiopian cuisine has many vegetarian dishes that are really delicious. the vegan buffet, which is offered here at certain locations, is fantastic to test some veg foods that they normally do not come. the injeera bread with which they eat everything comes in two versions, the traditinal darker teff-based (choose this and one that mixes teff and weizen. many of the courses are based on lenses in different sauces, seasoned and sweet. all eating is delicious, my favorite is the floor lenses with Teff-injeera! how many traditional cuisine is it healthy eating and the only health risk here is that they eat too much from previous review on 2019-11-10

I love Ethiopian cuisine and this place has not disappointed. I was there together with a large group and we all had the vegan buffet (about 180 sec per). the menu was a bit confusing, but simply ask the staff and they can help them. they understand what is vegan. the interieur was beautiful with Ethiopian decorations. there were Ethiopian (or perhaps similar) music that I really enjoyed. After some time, the food began to come and let me say it was great. the food was served in bowls, from which they eat and on their own dish. then you gave it to the other. there were so many new aromes and courts that I had not tried before. I loved it. the waiters were always close to replacing everything we have run out with a new bowl. endlessly delicious! I ate until I couldn't take any more. this place will be a destiny for future dinner.
