This place is so terrible. They are not open 24 hours, they will never answer the phone and they will be annoyed if you do not tap. Why should I type something if you don't even do the basics? The franchise owner must consider closing this store, finding staff and training properly. View all feedback.
The 4am crew is hit or miss. It can be good, bad, or mediocre. It depends on who is there. Don't think about placing a to go order. They wont answer. I was told it was because people call in and then wont pick up heir orders. It's frustrating to try to call in with no answer and then when you get there the employees are chilling with no customers in the restaurant. Today I placed an order and added additional items to it which brought my bill up significantly, but that's what I wanted. When I got to work and sat down to eat I found out that three of the four items that I ordered were not in my dish. That completely changed the taste of my food. $20 wasted because I trashed it. Tried to call and complain, but guess what. Nobody answered. I should have just passed on by today after they didn't answer. If I had other options at this time of the day I can honestly say that I wouldn't stop here any more. You never know what kind of service you're going to get.
I ordered a sausage egg and cheese Texas melt at 1am in the morning on 5/3 and it was great. They were even still hot once I got home 30mins later. Thank you to the server she was so sweet. Y’all did a good job and a clean restaurant!!

On this particular day my daughter wanted a waffle, the crew there were on point and joyful. If this store wasn't so far from the house I would make it my main visitation for my daughter's waffle fix ?Food: 5/5
Extremely quick and friendly service! We received our food in about 5 minutes after ordering. Very tasty, especially the waffles. I definitely recommend this WaHo location!Food: 5/5
