Excellent service, affordable prices, and my chopped salad was just right.

I love going through the week to get a lot on their sandwich of the day. I love getting a $5 turkey sub on Thursday.

The staff could use some training. The owner should feel embarrassed for having these employees represent the business. None of them knew how to operate the latte machine, so we ended up going to Starbucks instead. When we returned, just before she went back to the kitchen, I asked for a muffin. The employee brought one out and placed it in front of me, asking if it was a banana nut muffin—such a disappointing experience. There is a critical need for training in food service, customer service, and food handling here. At one point, when there was a delay, I noticed that the employee put her bare hand all over the rim of the new cup, touching every part without gloves. It was quite unsanitary.

The restaurant is conveniently located within the hospital, allowing me to stay close to my loved one. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the food is also very fresh!
