Papa Johns Pizza - Stockbridge

I ordered a medium pizza through ubereats from your store and I basically live across the street from the store and it arrives to me cold!!! From the time I ordered until the time it was delivered was approximately 30 mins. How is it cold in that short span?? I asked for square cut and got triangle. Will never order from here again. Obviously whoever is working there don’t care about customer service or maybe can’t read!

Pizza never showed up. We waited for 3 hours because the delivery time kept changing. They called and asked if the pizza was delivered we said no, they asked if we still wanted it we said yes. We never received it.

Always gets my orders right and done fast and the delivery drivers are always kind respectful super sweet and professional

I'm surprised this nasty place hasn't been shut down

Customer service is subpar. Delivery driver claimed to never be able find my address even after many calls a picture from Google maps with the address. The last time I called he went back to the business hung up on me. That was Easter Sunday I still haven’t received a refund. I want my pizza that i paid for but couldn’t get it cause i work 12hrs days, I’m out before they open off after they close. Still upset about it
