It was 6:58 PM on November 23, 2022, so I can understand if they were closing early for the holidays. Nonetheless, it was quite frustrating to wait and then be told they weren't serving customers.

The service has generally been acceptable as well; although it can sometimes be slow—there was one occasion where I waited 30 minutes—I have never encountered any rudeness from the staff.

The customer... read more This is by far the worst KFC I've visited. They’re frequently out of items from my order—how do you run out of chicken just an hour after opening? The customer service is awful, and the wait times are unbearably long. This location either needs to shut down or be totally overhauled with a new staff. Honestly, it’s making people second-guess their cravings for chicken!

When I... read more The KFC at 955 Eagles Landing should be shut down because the staff cleaning the area are touching surfaces and then immediately handling money and food. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she didn’t see a problem and said she was wearing gloves—I pointed out they were the same gloves throughout.
