Customer service there is terrible. Ordered a cookie cake online to pickup at 12:30 got there at 1:45 and they had no record of it. Showed them my receipt so I was told they would make it. The employee didn't bother to read the special instructions on the order so she decorated it wrong. No apology! View all feedback.
I enjoyed the cheesecake brownie, but the last ones I had seemed undercooked.
This restaurant deserves a zero-star rating. I placed an order that was never received and the restaurant blamed the driver, refusing to refund my money. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional. I strongly advise against doing business with them.
I regret not reading the reviews before placing my order. They unexpectedly cancelled my order without giving any reasons. It's not worth your time.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. This location has gone downhill since the change of ownership. They are constantly out of stock. How is this even possible? To Never have marshmallow crème yet have an ice cream creation which has the crème as an ingredient. The location is always dirty and the customer leaves a lot to be desired. Please sell to owners who care about owner experience.
This place is so unprofessional. I placed an order online my pickup time was 2:30. I arrived at 3:45. When I arrived I still had to wait because it wasn’t ready even though I paid online. The young lady gave no apology. Even though I live about 5 mins from here I’d rather drive 20 to another location.
