I was somewhat disappointed because I received the incorrect order, which actually belonged to a lady behind me. Chipotle is too expensive for such mistakes to happen.
I visited this restaurant on November 1st and was unable to place an in-house order. I ended up ordering online and waited patiently for my food for an hour. When I finally received my sofritos bowl, I discovered that it contained steak, which was a shock as I have been vegetarian for a year and a half. I contacted the manager, who refused to remake my order or issue a refund. Feeling upset, I returned to the restaurant with the steak and spoke to another manager, who also refused to remake the dish. I had to plead for a remake, and when I finally received it, the food was old and hard. I will not be returning to this restaurant, as I was extremely disappointed by their lack of care and attention to their mistake. It is unacceptable to offer vegan/vegetarian options with meat in them. I cannot believe I had meat in my meal after avoiding it for so long, and as a result, I have been feeling ill since. This experience has been horrible, and the fact that nobody seemed to care only adds to my disappointment. I strongly advise against eating at this restaurant.
Chipotle is a rip off and should be a shame of themselves all I wanted was rice half chicken and half steak, the lady barely scooped any meat talking about it’s half the spoon, mind you as quick as I could count there was like 6 small pieces of each barely covering anything. She then had the nerve to say my GM is watching when I asked for extra meat because that’s all I’m getting is meat rice cheese and sour cream. So the higher ups know they are ripping ppl off because after I told her I can pay for extra she continued to scoop barely the same amount but they charged me for a whole meal basically the extra meat was $12!!! If that was the case she should of just recommended me buying a second meal, every time I go my price is different and or my portions are different it is never consistent.
I have had great experiences here but today was terrible. They closed the inside at 7 even though they aren’t supposed to close until 11. They had at least 20 people waiting in the lobby. And other 15 cars in the drive thru. It’s never clean inside. The line is always dirty.
