This is our favourite place for a special meal. The whole experience is first class. We were warmly greeted and shown to seats in front of the fire where we then had delicious canapés. This was followed by the most perfect meal, the chef is just brilliant. Fine wine and puddings later, we had to reluctantly leave. The service is exceptional. Thank you for an absolutely delicious lunch today. Welcomed in by the proprietor to a glowing fire and drinks. Later followed by very attentive , helpful staff. Everything about our visit was most definitely 5* .
We love every time we visit Le Clos. Garth is always so welcoming and the setting and food astounding. Best value fine dining for miles.
Have just had an amazing lunch at The Clos du Marquis. It's the first time we have been there but it won't be the last. Excellent food, great service and the restaurant has a lovely ambience. Highly recommended.
