A perfect place, situated in StServan, adjacent to StMalo. Caught up with my cousin and her son, who joined our family for a lovely lunch, where we shared a couple of bottles of recommended wine which completed the perfectly balanced flavours of the coquilles StJaques
Beautiful restaurant, attentive but professional service. Delicious food, the Cote de Beuf was huge, mire than enough for 2.
I put 4 stars, I think we were a little tight in the current context. Very good reception, dynamic and smiling bosses, menu at 18€90, very copious and good. We've had a nice time, I'm advising
Well placed, it was good at every service. Quality and quantity at the rendezvous, well presented 163 euros at noon to 4 without wines and with 2 bottles of water. Just a detail: The Bordeaux sauce is a mirror of red wine, shallots and pepper, wet with veal juice and added with chopped parsley and marrow when serving. It is also known as the "market wine sauce". In New Orleans there is also a Bordeaux sauce different from the French version. It is made of garlic but without mell or red wine. A Creole recipe of 1904 mentions garlic and parsley, with green onions, red wine, beef marrow and Spanish sauce. On the other hand, the beairnaise Bordeaux sauce served does not exist
