What Broderick Huels likes about Stirling Cellars & Patisserie:
I love everything these guys do. The fit out is divine, service is sometimes brusque but courteous. I find the coffee to be a bit middle of the road. Def needs a double shot, which isn't my preference. However the execution is flawless. Pastries are great, although the apricot glaze on the croissant is not to my taste. Petite tarts are lovely. The morning special is hard to beat.
