I spent a week in dying and visited cibo regularly. as a coffee expert (i.e. snob) I am very fussy next to my coffee. but cibo fulfilled my high standards and they also have a large selection of cakes to offer snacks. I also noticed that when...the boss/owner wasn't there for a busy time on Saturday morning, there was no slipping out and the staff was very efficient with their service and coffee. well done cibo. I was here with my family (2 adult 2 teenagers young) at a busy morning for the tour down under. we had a flat white, caffe latte 2 hot chocolates. the drinks were good, but the caffe was sterile with many hard surfaces that caused the bustling publikum caffe was incredibly silent.
