The Ground House Coffee Company

We have here a quick coffee and a break after the burg and the sacred rude tours, a flat white and dirty chai later we could relax in the comfortable sofas on the window, the service was slow and even though my coffee was great, the gf she latte thought too thin.

Overpriced baked potato, quality not good when the potato we had cooked. long wait for dinner and a coworker who served drinks, never washed after stealing a dog. good art on walls. £19.60 for 2 tees and 2 kartoffels with a smidge of cheese and salat.

I've had 3 experiences if poor customer service and 2 of great service this morning already. You know it takes more effort giving poor service than it does good. Sitting in this coffee house listening to the staff having a laugh and being very polite to customers resulting in the customers joining in the fun and the atmosphere is superb. Im thinking on asking if they sell this enthusiasm in a bottle. If so is buy a few and give it to the 3 other places I've been to today. Positivity has a greater power than negative 100% to ground house staff

Nice staff,good coffee, kids liked their toasties. We were in on a Sunday and the live acoustic music was pleasant.

Just had the spicy lentil soup absolutely delicious compliments to the chef! Staff also very friendly
