I really enjoy this cozy restaurant. It's perfect for brunch, with a menu that offers vegetarian options like French toast and pancakes with a variety of toppings. This is a great spot to visit if you're in the mood for something unique with a charming atmosphere. The service is friendly, but please note that it is not wheelchair accessible. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. View all feedback.
What Izabela W doesn't like about The Fat Cyclist:
Good food, good coffee, wide selection of tasty teas, amazing atmosphere.... but.... their customers service is not so great. Young girl with ginger hair is lovely, but rest of the staff not so much. They should really improve that because it affects the place in a very negative way. And oh! Swinging tables you should fix them View all feedback.

The eggs Benedict are amazing! Perfectly cooked! This is a lovely little place! Would definately return here for another lunch or snack. It's honest food with great quality ingredients.
As for the food, there are mixed reviews but our experience was disappointing. The muffin was un-toasted and resembled a cheap burger bun, lacking any taste. The poached eggs were firm and had runny yolks but were flavorless. The hollandaise sauce seemed like cheap mayonnaise watered down and lacked any flavor. It left the plate drenched in a strange, tasteless sauce. My partner couldn't finish her meal and I struggled through mine, regretting it later as it left me feeling queasy for hours. I urge the cafe to invest in higher quality ingredients and consider charging a little more for the food, as it would be worth it in the end.

The food was decent, but the waiter was very impolite. She was constantly telling customers that the restaurant was full and turning them away, even though there were plenty of empty seats visible. It was clear that they were busy, but honesty would have been appreciated. Eventually, as the rush died down, she started allowing people in but continued to be rude to everyone, creating a negative atmosphere.
