From the moment we arrived until we left, we were warmly welcomed and nothing was too much trouble for them. The presence of a large soft-play area was a great addition for our family get-together, especially with young children in tow. We were seated in a slightly separate area which allowed us to chat without disturbing other guests. The service was efficient and friendly, and we will definitely return for our next family gathering.

Despite the longer wai... read more After dining at this restaurant today, we were informed by the staff that there was a problem in the kitchen and they were short-staffed. Despite the longer wait, we understood the situation and appreciated that the service was still timely. After dinner, although I didn't want to complain, I mentioned that my meal wasn't to my liking. The staff member, who unfortunately I didn't get the name of, and the cook went above and beyond to rectify the situation by offering various replacements. They handled the unpredictable situation remarkably well, and we will definitely be returning in the future. Great job in making the best out of a challenging circumstance!
