Deliciously light crispy batter on my fish and for one who doesn't usually dig chippy chips, I was delighted to have gotten my hands on a few of these. Thank you and well done View all feedback.

Gave this place two stars a year ago, thought I would give it another chance, but to be honest I’m surprised it’s still in business, this must be the worst chippie in Stirling, cold, tough and greasy chips, looks like they’ve been reheated and lying...in the display for half the day, the fish batter was thick and soggy. If you like a good fish supper recommend a visit as freshly cooked and piping hot when got back to car 10 mins later
Surely theres only 2 things to get right.......... Firstly, it is the service. Woman serving made me feel like a total inconvenience and I was clearly stopping her from watching Coronation Street or something equally as miserable. No please thank you or nowt. Secondly, its got to be the food. Its a chip shop so surely they have perfected the art of making chips......sadly not.....the chips were quite honestly HORRIBLE. Grey looking, luke warm and chewy. Did anyone actually bother to check them? Wont be returning here in a hurry. There may be alot of choice but this is clealy to detriment of quality.

Went along this evening for a quick and easy dinner, Haggis and Chips. As I left the shop with my food I took one bite into the haggis to find it was freezing! Totally undercooked and disgusting! I walked back in 3 minutes after leaving and the guy behind the counter literally took the haggis and bit into it (as if he didn't believe me when I said it was cold)!!! He then dished me up a new haggis and forgot all about the chips, maybe because he was on the phone to his mate while serving me! I had to ask for my chips back! Honestly disgusted at the service I got, especially when customer service is so close to my heart, I would never be so rude to a customer! WILL NOT RETURN!
Have used this chippy on many occasions, but recently I feel it has gone down hill. If you bought a fish supper you used to get two fish, which was ideal for my wife and I as one between us was more than enough, however you only get one fish now. It is supposed to be Haddock, but has the texture of Cod, the batter is soggy, and the chips luke warm and greasy. This used to be a great chippy, but you get the feeling the owner has lost interest.
