Mcdonald's - Stilwell

Okay so I basically got take up they're just seem to be no life and talk about being super slow like understandably I get it but that was actually kind of ridiculous the way that I had to wait.

The service was friendly and fast. The workers repeated the order back and that's why I give it 2 thumbs up.Parking: There are parking spaces in the front E., W. back and both N and S sides. It's hard to find parking when it's lunch hour.

This review is based on lunch time rush hours which is my usual times, and I wouldn't normally give this kind of review but I've had too many hits and misses. Most of the time the issue is just receiving luke warm or cold food, but this has happened a few times. I'll order a combo of fries, drink, and a CB with only mayo, lettuce, and tomato and hamburger happy meal with only meat and buns, and I receive a CB withoor mustard, onions, and pickles and the happy meal is the same as mine. So the grand child pulls everything off the burger and smears on the seat and door.

Stopped by after a football (October) game to use the wifi. They were busy, yes, but the store was dirty and not like trash, but like it needed a deep clean. Food was McDonalds quality, so is what it is. Employees wrere nice. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star is that the store needs a serious cleaning.

Came inside ordered 2 #7 combos using my own thermal cup was told to leave by employee who told me Elizabeth store Manger I can not have a thermal cup .I had paid for the combos because it keeps my drink cold and and saves plastic. . I told the employee I waz not stealing I was paying for the drink it did not matter I go to McDonald's all over texas and oklahoma and never had this issue but Stillwell ok my home town apparently does .
