What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
This particular Taco Bell is more miss then hit. They are sloppy so you’ll find randomness in your food (i.e. lettuce in a burrito, random tomato, or a stray onion or two) and too often one or two items are missing from a drive thru order. The other day, I spent about $20 on a meal, and unfortunately, much of it was unsatisfactory. I couldn't address the issue right away because I was on my lunch break. The next day, I called to share my concerns and was fortunate to speak with an incredible employee named Andrew. He went above and beyond to assist me and my girlfriend, providing us with the best quesadilla and fiesta potatoes I've ever had. He definitely deserves a raise!
The person taking orders in the drive-thru today was impressive and a bit quirky. His name was Andrew, and he created a fantastic Joker impression that really made my day and brought back memories of my past.
I stopped for lunch today to get a fiesta veggie burrito that is my favorite vegetarian option on the menu. I went in to order. the load is updated. the kiosk is good friend. I liked the simple order on the kiosk, but the personal did not greet me and other customers were mostly unnoticed. my job was done quickly, so it was a plus.
Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes and recieved half of our order. I know staffing is a issue but make me wait that long and not get my order right! You can't get out of the drive through once your in it and the in door eating and ordering was closed.
