3.5 score Scenic view is definitely a 10+, thin crust pizza was overcooked, almost tasteless, prices were high but reasonable, service was friendly efficient though short-staffed. Family group with young children seemed to be having a great time. Business men in suits were eating and talking ignoring the view, tourists were taking selfies. I'll try it again later at night for drinks and dessert. Every day I've spent in Stillwater has been a WIN!.
What User doesn't like about Papa's:
The theme here seems to be, we got a great view, we can half a it. Other reviews said it w/more detail. Too small menu, lackluster flavors, bad value overall. I had to put salt and pepper on my pizza. Never had to do that before. Crust was good though. Our server was also nice and competent. It was a gorgeous day, Stillwater was very busy, but this place was not. Seems as if the word is getting out. View all feedback.
The view is fantastic, but you do pay for it. Others have spoken to the great view as well. The drinks are reasonably priced. 8 bucks a beer, 13 for a cocktail.The food on the other hand I thought was a bit pricey. Nearly 20 dollars for a sandwich. We got the Flatbread to share between two of us. It was good!The service was great. They helped us find a good spot to sit and were kind and attentive.Great addition to stillwater
The Roof top and the view was amazing. They definitely need to step up the quality of the food. The silverware and plates are extremely cheap. They have such a beautiful spot, I hope they can create dishes to match.
Great spot for a relaxing drink after a day of sightseeing and shopping. The view at night was amazing! We were there near closing time so we couldn't order food. However, the drinks were generous.
The ambiance is a 10 with a great view of the water and the lift bridge. The menu is pretty small. They have sandwiches, but they are open faced and they only come with a salad. We didn't see a side of fries on the menu. The prices are high, seemingly paying for scenery not the taste of the food or the service. It's a great place if you don't have time constraints and want to linger in the space. The service was pretty slow and they weren't short on servers.
The views are fantastic, and the drinks are enjoyable, but prices are a bit steep. The menu mainly features pizzas, which are quite tasty. However, the servers are exceptional!
