I really appreciate that I get a free pickle or chips after placing a certain number of orders. It's a nice touch that adds to the experience. I also love that you offer Subway options, which Potbelly doesn’t provide, and that’s one of the reasons I enjoy coming here so much. Your subs are amazing! Keep up the excellent work. Overall, you all do a fantastic job in Stillwater, Minnesota! View all feedback.

I completely understand being busy and that it's hard to plan for. I called to inquire about the delay- I was told it was because they were out of tuna and my order had a tuna sandwich. It didn't. I was told they left 13 minutes ago- which was 35 minutes after the tracker said they left. Told they tried calling, I didn't have any missed calls. Was left in the middle of a public lobby. We ordered for the office this afternoon. everything was done in time and the order was correct (not missing). the new all american beefy crunch sandwich was incredible!
I ordered nearly 200 sandwiches for Mopars in the Park car show and the order was ready right on time! All of our volunteers absolutely loved the sandwiches and we will absolutely order again for next year's show! Freaky Fast indeed!
This location is super busy between walk ins and online orders but the staff does their very best to keep up. It's a half hour before close and there's still a stack of receipts with orders left to make with people continuing to walk in and they're just keeping at it non-stop.
Classic, simple, consistent. My favorite lately has been the BLT!
