The staff are SUPER friendly, and it was pretty busy but my drinks came out quickly and just as I had ordered.
I personally work at a caribou, and we’re supposed to be super good at customer service and just greeting people in general. Walked in today and the team member running the register was super unfriendly, and i had to remind them to put in my rewards number, they also didn’t give me the employee discount after i stated that i worked at a caribou twice. This wasn’t the first time we have had bad customer service at this location, it usually happens about 50% of the time. My drink was great, and bagel was good too, forget to give me a knife tho.
The personal here is great. they take the time to know them and their drink. austin, robbie, emily, sue, nate are all great employees.
Nothing compares to the hot mint condition caribou is my favorite. Each time i walk in the servers are there and attentive with fast service.
That's a good place. We love Caribou so much discount and watch the YouTube channel travel and relax
