What Alexis doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Inconsistent service every time. Today we refuse to make sandwiches at 6:30 p.m.... What a waste of time waiting at the drive-thru, I'm sure I won't go back there again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
In the queue at the moment...you should alternate the cars when you take the orders! 3 from the same side! Plus they always look like you want to get one! A little smile?
I got yelled at by the manager following the confusion of his employees at the drive-thru. I was told to go somewhere else if I wasn't happy. I came home and asked to speak to the manager and informed him that I was recording the conversation (to protect myself). I demanded an apology and was insulted and physically threatened on the grounds that other customers before me had been difficult and the day was chaotic. I believe that employees are under too much pressure and poorly supervised. I understand a little, without justifying his words and actions. A serious case of cnesst this restaurant. Good luck to the employees! But, a very bad example for the many young people who are taking their first steps on the job market there.

Every time I go there, it 's the same deal, 2 muffins max, 3 max. I don 't understand the logic of selling 4 to me, or 2 in 2 orders, if the 4 go too quickly, it 's your quantity of bake that 's the problem! If I take 4, I 'm a happy customer, and if there aren 't any left for the other, it 's sad but it 's not as bad as being told We have some but we don 't want to give you some? Service: 1
There are people inside on Thursday at 5:50 p.m. but the door is closed and the employee refuses to open. A customer wanted to open, the employee answered No No with her hands. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
