The staff was friendly, the pub has a nice atmosphere, and the food was very good. The garlic bread was excellent. Prices are on the higher side, but I would recommend it if you're in the area. View all feedback.
What balenostyling 4x4 doesn't like about The Star Inn:
Didn't go here, Google thinks I did! There's a building, a stream a car park and the Sussex produce van. Small paper bag of food and 2 bottles of apple juice my wallet became light by £49! Price per person: £40–50 View all feedback.

We took our two German Teachers, in charge of our latest Erasmus+ students in Brighton out for a drink in a typical English Village. The welcome was incredible just like being in rural Ireland. The landlady overheard Petra, one of the teachers, asking which of the two locally brewed beers was better, she walked over with 2 sample glasses and said Petra, taste then first the whole evening we were made to feel welcome, and for this Cologne area school, Stenning ins now the map of places to visit when in Brighton
Greg is a culinary GENIUS and a veryyyy nice chap. Lovely atmosphere. Hailey is a delight. Don't miss this place if you are in Steyning.
