My little home town is blessed to have this amazing restaurant. The food is fantastic and the service is stellar. Our table had the Copper River Salmon special, the Rib Eye, the Filet and the bison burger. Every single person practically licked their plate when done. What Ace S doesn't like about Mission Bistro:
With a reservation there is still a long wait. It takes about an hour to recieve food at the table after ordering. It stays fairly busy and pretty loud. Very small space so feels a bit crammed. I am always hoping there will be baked goods and it's usually one or two choices and 9 times out of 10 sold out so you can never get one. Whenever someone asks me where to eat in the Bitterroot, I always say Mission Bistro first! The food is superb, the prices fair, and the atmosphere is not pretentious. My mom loved it so much that we ate here twice when she came to visit!
Mission Bistro never disappoints. Fresh, imaginative dishes prepared with skill. Service is always on point.
