I absolutely love Ruby Coffee! The cafe is stunning and recently renovated. The food is sourced locally, although I do wish they had more vegan options. Their salads are delicious and unique, so I always find something to enjoy. View all feedback.
What Hannah M dislikes about Ruby Coffee Roasters:
Overpriced for lack of flavor and service.Burger tasted like shoe leather and breakfast tacos had barely any toppings. Coffee grounds in my coffee as well. A nicer customer service atmosphere would have improved the experience as well. View all feedback.

Coffee is amazing!! The crepes are delicious and the vibe is great. What a hidden jewel The Barista were knowledgeable, friendly and spot on their recommendations! This place is a destination stop when you get to and through Stevens Point!
Wonderful coffee, and exciting food options! Ordering online is super easy and convenient. The breakfast scone is culinary genius! Bakery items have all been winners for me. A+
I drove through Stevens Point in the morning and Ruby's was the perfect place to stop for breakfast. They offer a vegan crepe batter and various veggie options. The chai was delicious - spicy yet just the right amount of sweetness. While it was a bit pricey, it's to be expected for a coffee shop. The interior was super cozy and inviting.
Amazing lattes and food selection. Gluten free scones, cakes and crepes...all of which are delicious! If you're into coffee then don't miss out on this place, definitely one to stop by.
Cool shop and great coffee. Warm and friendly staff. Very new age coffee shop feel. Have not yet tried the food, but based on what I saw, and what on the menu, I want back to do this. The Maple and Homey Latte ordered one each) were both top notch. ... Follow up- I had now both the French toast, the chic bowl, and Birds Nest. Everybody's delicious. They can say they are fresh with whole food and less processing. Even so, things are generated locally if possible.

This is a lovely restaurant with friendly staff. The food is freshly prepared and quite tasty, and the coffee is excellent. While it may not be the most budget-friendly option, it's a pleasant spot to enjoy a meal. They also offer two Tesla destination chargers for convenience.
This charming little coffee shop has friendly service that adds to the experience. While I wasn't thrilled with the coffee I ordered, I'm eager to try a different one during my next visit. The crepe I had was quite tasty, and I'm looking forward to exploring more of the menu.
I love Ruby's for the community, atmosphere, delicious food and drinks made with quality ingredients, supporting local farmers, and the gluten free and dairy free options. A favorite place to go to solo and with friends and family, and anyone who I think might enjoy it!

While passing through Stevens Point in the morning, I found Ruby's to be the ideal spot for breakfast. They offer vegan crepe batter and have a variety of veggie options. The Chai was delicious, with just the right amount of spiciness and sweetness. It was a bit pricey, as one would expect from a coffee shop, but the interior was super cute.
You can try the vegan crepe batter, and their vegan tempeh crepe is one of the best I have ever had! Don't miss out on their tasty chocolate oatly cappuccino too.
