Qdoba Mexican Eats - Stevens Point

I have been to many QDOBA locations as I enjoy eating there, but this was by far the worst QDOBA experience I have ever had. As we were ordering, we could smell cigarette smoke from a worker smoking near the order window. The ordering process was very slow and there was no confirmation or trust that our order was being taken correctly. They gave us the right protein, but charged us the wrong price, and initially gave us the wrong order until we corrected them. The burrito was not well-packed and had to be eaten with a fork. Additionally, we received significantly fewer chips than at other QDOBA locations.

I wish I could give zero stars. The staff came out of the bathroom without washing their hands, cooked with a vape at the grill, and the server was rude. Overall, it was the worst experience.

I cannot leave a negative review, so I am giving them one star. There were 3 employees standing around and the place had not been cleaned since the last gas. The staff seemed more interested in their phones than in cleaning. The soda machine had limited options available and was sticky. The bathroom was not too bad, but I believe some extra precautions should have been taken given the current circumstances. Overall, it was a very unrefined experience and the place should have been cleaned properly, especially during lunch hour. I might consider giving it another chance, but for now, I cannot. The food was okay, but not worth dealing with the other unpleasant conditions.

Only left, middle of the afternoon, 3 employees standing around, worry about where the 4th is that was not there, eating was sufficient, cleanliness was unacceptable, everyone table was dirty from previous mules, soda machine looked like it had not been cleaned in a week, bathing rooms were a catastrophe as well, noticed kitchen area behind theke will stop through as a tornado overall

This location is super accommodating, friendly, and always has the freshest of ingredients. Everytime I am in the area for lunch i stop by.
