I requested that they stop allowing loitering in the vestibule while waiting for food. There were no utensils or napkins provided. We received the wrong drink even after reminding them. Other customers also expressed dissatisfaction with the unfriendly staff. This was the worst KFC experience I've ever had.

I went to the Stevens Point KFC at 6:15ish on Sunday night and ordered a pot pie meal and also another meal. I drove up to window and paid for the food. 2 minut... read more I went to the Stevens Point KFC at 6:15ish on Sunday night and ordered a pot pie meal and also another meal. I drove up to window and paid for the food. 2 minutes later a lady comes to the window and says the pot pie will take 24 minutes to make. I said I paid already and will come back to pick up. I left as I had food from another place in vehicle. Went home to the south side of town and then went back to KFC. It was now 6:45pm and I drive up to the window and ask for my food. They said they don't have an order. I said I paid for it already and they should show a pot pie order and also my other order. They scramble to look up and then come ask for my receipt which I had. All the lady says is sorry and gives me my money back. Downright the worst fast food experience ever. How do you lose a paid for meal? They closed at 7pm so they wouldn't make the pot pie either. Plus I wouldn't come back a third time. This is the second time in 2 months this location couldn't get an order right. Not having proper staff to do their job has lost me as a customer and I will continue to let others know what bad service this location has.

I think I only waited about 2 minutes for my order to be ready. Nowadays, it seems that quick service isn't the standard at most fast food restaurants. I'm happy to see that KFC is the exception—great job!
