The owner is super nice and loves dogs! The food here feels really fresh and healthy and not heavily seasoned or oily, so I love to come here. The beef tongue bento set is heavenly and the boba pearls here are super chewy. The outdoor seating area is amazing because the location is in a quiet side street so it's very peaceful and relaxing. Definitely recommend the noodle soups as well. All the staff here that I've co... View all feedback.
What Kevin Kao doesn't like about Hanlin Tea Room- Cupertino:
Popcorn chicken was not as crispy as elsewhere, the flavour mild. Generous chunks though. Tea was very mild as well. Sea salt was not very creamy, lychee tea was quite sweet even sugar free. Rice dishes were not bad though. View all feedback.
Extremely rude staff.Counter order get no tableTable require service charge+Can’t wait at table for to go order. They told me [dude we are not McDonald’s!]Bobba teaFor real?
Generally great food! Recommend popcorn chicken and beef tongue, taste good and decent amount. Boba tea is also great. The service is a bit slow sometimes.
I love the Thai milk tea, and every dish on the menu are just perfect tasty! The kitchen is closed at 7:30pm so we have to be there early for dinner!
This Taiwanese restaurant is so delicious. The indoor space isn't large, but it's very comfortable, and there's also an outdoor dining area. I'll definitely come again.
Food was not bad. My wife really liked everything. There were several things in the restaurant that keeps it from getting a better score: bathroom out of service, no air conditioner, the waitress said the 50% off drink during lunch time is no longer available (even though it was written on the menu). Service is very average: lady forgot our water, water did not have ice, did not give plates for appetizers, did not give more napkins, and i had to get up to ask for things. We went on a Thursday afternoon so maybe they didn’t bring their “a” game
